Managed IT and support

Stop making employees guess where a technology issue goes.

When recurring problems pass between people and providers, a ticket alone is not enough. Agenda can define the support path, covered systems, responsibilities and escalation process for an agreed scope.

Why a ticket is not enough

The issue is closed. Your employee is still waiting.

A new teammate lacks application access. The help desk checks the device, the application vendor checks its platform, and the office manager coordinates both. When the same interruption returns, another ticket starts from zero.

Employee time disappears

People wait for tools or use unsupported workarounds to keep moving.

Patterns go unreviewed

One-off tickets hide repeat failures across users and systems.

Leadership escalates everything

Managers become the default owner when provider boundaries are unclear.

Service specifics

What can be included in scope

Exact coverage depends on the environment and agreement; these are areas for discovery, not blanket promises.

User and device support

Document covered users, devices, systems and the route for support requests.

Employee transitions

Coordinate onboarding, role changes and offboarding across access and equipment.

Provider handoffs

Define who owns escalation when an issue crosses software, infrastructure or other vendors.

How it works

Build a support path people can actually use.

1

Identify repeat interruptions

Choose the users, systems and tickets that keep consuming time.

2

Define coverage

Document devices, accounts, vendor boundaries, escalation and what remains outside scope.

3

Operate and review

Route covered issues through one agreed path and review recurring patterns for corrective work.

Before you book

Can Agenda work alongside our current IT team?

Yes, when covered responsibilities and handoffs can be agreed clearly.

Is every system automatically covered?

No. Coverage is defined in the engagement scope; product-specific or third-party work may require separate parties.

Can we start with one recurring issue?

Yes. The fit call can determine whether focused discovery or a scoped project is the best first move.

Will our employees have a new way to ask for help?

If ongoing support is agreed, the service scope will specify how covered users submit requests and how escalation works. The first call does not activate a support desk.

Do you guarantee a response time?

Any service levels must be stated in a signed agreement. This page does not promise a universal response or resolution time.

Give the support path an owner.

Talk through one recurring issue and what it would take to resolve the handoff.
